First you have to download
Second run installer
Third download NetFramework4 and Libraryfiles and vcredist_x86 then you should be god to go

Im haveing a problem i downloaded it and installed it as said but when i open it nothing happens, so i opened task manager and really when i open itthe process starts and closes right away, any help?

I am having the same problem, I can't run it, I open taskmgr and I see it start to launch, then it just stops, I like you nosTEAM, but God if you can't get this working, I don't know anymore

Same problem here. Starts and closes. All drivers and updates are current. In fact, Borderlands 2 runs just fine on my system.
